This week we are excited to open our bakery and introduce our baker Adam! Adam is a local, independent baker who will be baking for Cyberfresh.com.au each week day.  Adam and the Cyberfresh.com.au team are committed to bringing you a quality range of tasty baked goods with more natural ingredients and less nasties.  When asked about his passion for baking, Adam said:  

"I have been a baker/pastrycook since 1992 and in my years of baking I am surprised at the amount of chemicals allowed by the food industry into your simple loaf of bread. I decided for a change to allow my friends to experience real natural breads. All my products are preservative free using only the best natural ingredients. I use local fresh produce when available and roast my vegetables for that extra flavour burst.  I have a good range of popular flavours available to you and am always open to suggestions for a trial run of new ones."
