Gingered Pumpkin Recipe: Peel, cube and lightly steam a pumpkin. Place in a baking dish with 1tbs grated ginger & 2 tbs of brown sugar. Pour over 250ml of cream. Bake until lighty browned. Common Health and Nutritional Beliefs: Used to treat nausea, vomiting, headaches, chest congestion, colds and stomach ache.
