Silverbeet has big, bright, glossy green leaves. Should be torn rather than cut. Can be eaten raw, steamed or used as a wrapper for savoury fillings. Tastes great with sauteed diced onion, crumbled bacon and cheese sauce or a touch of lemon juice. Store in the refrigerator. Good source of Vitamin C, Folic acid and dietary fibre
