Ginger, cinnamon and pumpkin combine so well together, this is sure to become a regular!
Ingredients
Method
Chop the pumpkin into cubes and finely grate the ginger. Add these to a pot of boiling water and simmer until tender. Drain. Add cream and season with pepper. Garnish or sprinkle with fresh basil. This can be served either hot or cold.
