Herbed Asparagus and Mushroom with Vinaigrette

This would be great as part of a weekend breakfast, or simply an evening side dish.

Method
In a frypan, heat the oil. Brown the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add the chopped rosemary and thyme along with the lemon juice. Add the butter. Wash and trim the mushrooms and asparagus. Add the asparagus, then the whole mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender with the lid on the frypan. Finally, add the chopped parsley just before removing from the heat. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar just before serving.
