Rosemary butter is delicious spread on fresh bread, savoury biscuits with your favourite toppings, lamb roast and lamb cutlets.

Method
Cream butter and fold in rosemary spears (all stalks removed). Mix in black pepper, lemon juice and mustard to season. Use the butter as desired. For example, you can use it to fry vegetables such as mushrooms, or to coat lamb for baking. If you chop the rosemary very finely, you can even use this instead of regular butter for sandwiches.
