This smoothie is a quick option for a yummy breakfast or as a healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • rockmelon
  • strawberries
  • mint
  • milk
  • ice

Method

Roughly chop the rockmelon. Blend all the fruit, mint, milk and ice in the blender. Serve in tall glasses garnished with mint.
